What should I do in case if my mobile phone stolen or lost?

Contact your mobile operator as well as eBanking Division.

Can I benefit from this facility in night?

  Service is not available in night (20.00hrs to 06.00hrs).
  What should I do if I decide to transfer my phone?
  Inform eBanking Division to deactivate the phone.
  Can I use a another phone to request for a service?
  You cannot use another phone with your PIN to request any service.
  
  What is the  correct format should I type to write a message?
  <PIN> Space <Service Type> Space <A/C Code>
 
  Do the service types are case sensitive?
  Services are not case sensitive.
   
  Is it necessary to get registered to receive exchange rate?
  Not necessary to register to enjoy this facility.
