  Instructions:

Any Customer who desires this facility should register through his/her bank branch by providing the mobile phone number and the Bank Account. At the time of registration  they will be issued a password/PIN, which is to be included in their SMS messages. The message should have to follow a particular format, and the customers will be given necessary instructions at the time of the registration.

When the customer is registered for the SMS facilities, a password/PIN with 3 numbers will be generated and posted. When the customer receives the PIN he can request any of the available services only with the corresponding mobile phone as the  PIN is unique for the phone number.

A customer should  request any of the available services through out the day, provided that some may not will be available at night. In such cases the customer will be notified the unavailable services.

  The given password consists of  3 numbers, Service type and Account  Code.
  To request for a facility the customer should aware of the codes which are
  assigned to each facility.
